Our tuition and fees are set at a competitive rate to help stretch your district’s reimbursement funds and to minimize the financial burden for individuals who are paying "out-of-pocket".

Payment Options

All learners taking a graduate course through eMBEDDED LEARNING Graduate Education in partnership with Wilkes University will have the option to pay online, in full, at the time of registration, defer payment until 30 calendar days after the desired session ends, or have the option of third party billing.

To Pay Online:
To pay online, learners will need to complete the registration process as usual, choose "Pay Tuition of $1035.00" on the payment page, and enter information for a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.

Deferred Payment:
To defer payment, learners will need to complete the registration process as usual, choose "Deferred payment of $1035.00" on the payment page, and enter required information on the invoice page.

Third Party Billing:
To view and print the third party billing form, learners will need to login to the Learning Management System from the graduate website and complete the registration process as usual. A link to the form will be available on the payment page. The learner must be employed by a district that allows District/Third Party Billing. The learner is responsible for completing his/her section of the form, having the district complete their part of the form, and mailing or faxing in the form. The completed form must be received by the Graduate Student Services department at Learning Sciences International by 5pm on the final day of registration for the desired session.
